HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, we do understand at some instance we have to cancel some orders, but once a printed apparel is production complete, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELLATION OR REFUND.
ALL NON-APPAREL ORDERS, If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.

All Cancel Requested orders will be refunded to the respective customer bank accounts.
Note: On any cancelled order, only the amount paid by customer will be refunded back. For Offered and Discounted products, the Exchange policy won’t apply unless it has some fault or defect which is examined and approved by A2MS Team.
You can cancel the orders that are in Order confirmation stage. Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Net banking orders will be processed in within 7-10 working days.
